acceleration (#3669)
* ARMeilleure: Add `GFNI` detection This is intended for utilizing the `gf2p8affineqb` instruction * ARMeilleure: Add `gf2p8affineqb` Not using the VEX or EVEX-form of this instruction is intentional.
