* Add keyboards/ pico as a new keyboad. * Add keyboards/pico rev1. * Add keyboards/pico keymaps/default. * Add keyboards/pico keymaps/jis. * Remove unneeded code of rules.mk. * Revert rules.mk and remove some comments.
