Remove legacy keycodes, part 4 (#18683)

* `KC_PGDOWN` -> `KC_PGDN`

* `KC_PSCREEN` -> `KC_PSCR`

* `KC_SCOLON` -> `KC_SCLN`

* `KC_BSLASH` -> `KC_BSLS`

* `KC_BSPACE` -> `KC_BSPC`
