[Keymap] add "ridingqwerty" user and keymap for atreus keyboard (#6533)

* correct atreus.c

* remove unnecessary defines

* merge register/unregister sequence into single tapcode

* move 'LAYOUT to keymap.c; remove atreus.h

* remove TAPPING_TERM from keyboard-level config.h
